    Be Honest, this not the 1st time heard ask me go back to Cathay Pacific. Start from the flight delay at Dallas. I called several time to Cathay Pacific as a result was this claim and follow up should be Handle by American Airlines due to below reasons
    1. American Airlines & Cathay Pacific internal agreement any flight delay cause by American Airlines then American Airlines need to take the whole responsibility instead of them (Cathay Pacific )

    2. Cannot catch the connecting flight main reason was American Airlines flight delay.

    American Airlines need to bear all this claim and follow up.

    I not sure you have review the whole cases or not.
    (your AA Ref#1-29630028428). I already provided all documents & information on 11March 2021.
    if American Airlines crew on time report duty then the flight will not delay. Due to this amazing reason cause client cannot catch the 2nd legs flight and cause unnecessary fees.
