After Cancun, American Airlines lands in Monterrey

American Airlines has announced the addition of a new Mexican destination to its network. This is Monterrey, which will be the third city in the North American country served by the airline based in Fort Worth, Texas from New York JFK airport.

According to Aviacionline, this connection was offered by AA before the pandemic. Before being suspended, this flight was taken by more than forty-eight thousand passengers during 2019.

Serving General Mariano Escobedo Airport in Monterrey, this frequency will be offered to American Airlines passengers from November 3, 2022. It will be operated on a daily basis in A319 (120 + 8) seats. Take-off from New York airport takes place at 6:00 p.m. while the plane will land in Mexico at 11:10 p.m. The return flight will be served the next day at 7:00 a.m. to land at John F. Kennedy International Airport at 12:23 p.m.

American Airlines will be able to offer ten thousand and two hundred and forty seats each week on its various routes serving Montereryn and the other two major Mexican cities, San Jose del Cabo and Cancun.
