If a child is traveling as a minor, an adult (18 years or older) must accompany the child through the check-in process and another senior must pick them up when the flight arrives. Go over the procedure to help your unaccompanied little ones prepare for their trip.

To book a plane ticket for an unaccompanied minor, you must contact 800-325-8847. You cannot make a reservation online. When making your reservation, the senior making the reservation is offered a 4-digit PIN code, to be used to confirm the flight reservation.

Preparing the child to fly alone with Delta Air Lines: the conditions to be fulfilled
