    i HAVE TRIED INSUCCESSFULY TO CALL BARCLAY VIA THE TEL # ON MY CARD SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE BEEN PUT ON HOLD FOR 20 + MINS. MANY TIMES. I HAVE CHARGES ON MY CARD THAT DO NOT BELONG TO ME.
