A temporary password will be emailed to you within ten minutes if you have a valid email address registered. Passwords must also contain a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 alphanumeric and / or numeric characters.

You are allowed to store your membership number as a cookie on your hard drive. Thus, when you access your subscriber area later, you no longer need to enter your number because it will be systematically filled in the required box.
For further assistance, you should contact American Airlines Customer Relations by calling 800-882-8880 (from the US and Canada), 0844 4997300 (from the UK), and 1-918-832 -1384 (from other regions).
To join the Aadvantage loyalty program, you must create an account by visiting the airline’s website. You will be asked to complete an application form. Once submitted, the application can be reviewed and if accepted, one will be automatically registered on the airline’s website. A member’s username and password are given to them when they become a member. It is therefore necessary to create a username and password that will allow him to connect to the benefits site.
Members of the Aadvantage loyalty program will be able to purchase tickets for all flights of participating US airlines for a specific period of time. Members will receive an email from American Airlines with information on scheduled flights. It is important to note that e-mail will not be sent regarding changes to flight schedules or planned specials. An account holder will have the option of booking online using the Aadvantage loyalty card or calling their credit card company’s customer service to arrange travel.
A member’s profile is evaluated periodically. Once the request is approved, the profile will be evaluated based on its current status. Factors such as credit history, purchases made with this program, membership status and account opening frequency will be taken into account during the review process. A successful review will result in an increase of up to 50,000 US airline miles and Aadvantage credit card fees. Additional benefits may also be granted if the member has fulfilled their eligibility conditions.
