I uploaded passports for myself and family members more than 2 weeks before our flight. We all got the green, all cleared checkmark. 24 hours before our flight, i went in to get our boarding passes. Although still showing the green checkmark, I received a notice that I required more documentation and could bot print my boarding pass. I chatted with support for over an hour. They had no idea what was wrong. I spent at least an hour calling support. Still, nobody knew what was wrong. They instructed me to figure it out at the airport. The next morning, hours before our flight, I tried again. This time I received the devastating message that although my passport is valid, it doesn’t meet the requirements for international travel. Until that second, I did not know that you needed months beyond your expiration date. Too late to get to a passport agency for emergency passport renewal. If I received this message 2 weeks prior, instead of the green, all good check, I could have gotten an emergency appointment for renewal. Instead, this has caused heartbreak and many thousands of dollars lost.

Your British Virgin island requirement information is out of date. Won’t let me check into flight because you are requiring documentation that BVI no longer requires. Please fix.

Unable to upload any documents. Message says reservation is ineligible. No other way to upload documents like from saved files. You have to scan documents using a mobile device which does not work.

The Travel Ready Center is a nightmare. All docs are uploaded for 5 travelers, one traveler is still “pending verification for the E/D form (4 days now) , and you cant check in. Of course United help line and chat cant do anything about it but wish me the best of luck.

    Good evening.

I have been trying to access the Travel Ready Centre in preparation for my flight this Saturday, June 4th. I will be flying on United Airlines flight 935. My confirmation number is M9R6ME, and my last name is Savage. I know this information to be correct and true, and yet when I attempt to access the travel ready centre with this correct information, the site gives me an error message as follows: “The Travel-Ready Center isn’t available. We are unable to locate your reservation using the information you provided. Please check your information and try again.”

Is there an issue with my booking? or is there an issue with the site? Will this effect me when I try to check in?

Thanks for your help, Tristan Savage
