      2022-02-10 update:

My upcoming DC to Lisbon flight on 5-26-2022 covid vaccination certificate requirement language on United phone app now shows:

“A negative COVID-19 test is not required from passengers who hold a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 and at most 270 days before arrival unless also holding a booster dose.

Travelers vaccinated in the US will need to show their original CDC card, immunization record, or digital confirmation with QR code”

This seems to affirm that Portugal IS now accepting the CDC card as “other proof of vaccination that has been recognised”?

What are the COVID test requirements for entry into Egypt and Israel and back to the US?
The websites keep referring to PCR tests but we have friends who came back to the US from Europe after taking the Antigen test provided by United.

Where to get the “blue band” from UAL at the following airports:
LAX and SFO. Need specific location or gates at
these two airports for return to Hawaii. Thanks.
p.s Came thru LAX in August, stood in line for over
an hour and never got the band. It was a disaster
at LAX. Hope they have their act together by now.
